Tell us.

It all begins with an idea, or maybe not. Here, the client can tell us as much as they want about what they want from their trip. At this stage, the client tells us who it’s for, where they want to go, ideal trip length, what type of activities they like to do, their budget, and so on. If they are in the mood to explore, they can also just tell us what they like to do and we can suggest different trips.

We Build it.

Using what the client has told us about their ideal trip, we build an itinerary that includes a list of suggested landmarks, sites, activities, nature spots, or whatever falls in line with the client’s desires.

Accept, Give Feedback, and Add Ons.

With an initial trip itinerary formed, the client now has the ability to accept it or give feedback. Each client receives two complimentary phone or text consultations where they can request alterations. At this point the client can also select add-ons.

Professional Tips.

Each client receives a PDF of our most practical pro tips, curated for their travel plans.

Timeline

Start to finish, we try to deliver our clients a complete printable PDF within 3-4 business day. Clinets can pay for an expedited 48 or 24-hour turnaround time. Expedited orders will only be accepted Sunday-Thursday.

Style it.

Once the itinerary is accepted by the client, we arrange everything into a printer-friendly booklet and send the client the PDF.

Travel.

Then, you travel, but disclaimer. At this time, Where 2 Nexxt does not book accommodations, tickets, admissions, etc. However, if you tell us your travel and accommodation details, we can add it to your PDF so that everything is in one convenient place.
